In conjunction with work on best practice in garden attractions in the UK and economic impact assessments, we provided business diversification and product development (mainly in retailing and catering activity) advice for Tatton Park, Capesthorne Hall, and Norton Priory Museum and Gardens, and prepared a successful retail improvement grant from the Esme Fairburn Foundation for Norton Priory.
Client: The Shakespeare Birthplace Trust, Stratford-upon-Avon, Warks
In late 2006, we were appointed by the Trust to provide marketing management cover whilst their manager was on 12 months maternity leave. We focused on the delivery of the 2007 Marketing plan for the five Shakespeare Houses in and around Stratford upon Avon, which included re-branding and design of the Houses’ promotional leaflets, the launch of a new microsite for their visitor market, and the opening of Palmers Farm at Mary Arden's House.
