Formed in June 2000, Rockford Consulting is a management consultancy and training practice which specialises in commercial development for the tourism and heritage sector.

We work with destinations, TICs/VICs, visitor attractions, museums, heritage and countryside centres in the charitable, public and private sectors to identify and develop new income streams, and to generate higher revenue/profit from existing activities. And always in keeping with brand values, audience profiles, and operational limitations.

We also use our retail expertise to help clients develop their retail offer for visitors, providing guidance, hands-on support and training, tailored to suit clients' needs and budgets.
